2011 Queen Shantel, Princesses Chelsa and Mackenzie attended their first official function at the Grand Peach Ball.
The official passing over from 2010 Royalty to 2011 Royalty! Thursday July 14th was the Winona Peach Festival Pageant. There was 12 fantastic young ladies representing 12 organizations who were vying to be 2011 Queen and Princesses.
